This statement reflects Antenova's understanding of the applicability of European Union Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18 December 2006 concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) to Antenova's products. This statement addresses pre-registration, the notification of substances of very high concern (SVHC) and the disclosure of information that will arise from REACH. Actions taken by Antenova in preparation for REACH are also discussed.
